I bought this unit about mid march/april is was on sale and i use for 2 difference phone " razr v3 and palm treo 680" and i recent upgraded to htc 8525 and i set it up and i try it out and nothing * no make or receiving called * is does sink up but nothing and at that time when the problem occur i was in europe  and plus i lost my plug to charge it so i dont  know if charge or not i did called jabra tech support and explain what happen and my situation but what i got is people " who cant pronounce my name and didn’t understand the problem due to a language barrier " and so when i got back i when to store  #478 and  #483   Store #478 response is this  I explain my problem with BB Mobile and what is going on i never told them what happen with " me and jabra " that later but they couldn’t help me   Store #483 response is this As i said before i explain my problem and in fact didn’t help but try to upgrade to another unit that is $60 and tell me my unit is no good and that this is better for my htc   now i know we have our difference with me and the games " gta 4 " which i did return but do you think this is " right "
