i’ve had the most unbelievably frustrating experience today, have spent an HOUR on the phone with best buy getting transferred and disconnected multiple times. instead of driving to a store to buy sims 3 i figured i’d just download it from best buy’s "partner", digital river. sounded easy enough. well after paying for it, you’re supposed to see a button that lets you begin your download. no button. my credit card has been charged, but i can’t download the game. there is no phone number anywhere for this digital river company, no instructionts telling me to wait, or how to find the button, and NOBODY at best buy can help me. in fact some people couldn’t even figure out what i was talking about.   i am so freaking mad!   has anyone else had this issue???
