We do have a problem with call centers based in India. They do need to be monitored, I had a guy from India trying to sell me insurance, told him not interested and he turned real nasty started using very abusive language and which point I wasn’t to sure if I should hang up or lough at accent real funny.

In theUk the majority of the banks and insurance companies have call centres based in India and I am sorry but on Friday I spent 35 minutes trying to explain to some lovelly young lady that my card had been eaten by a machine. I had a dreadful time trying to understand her…its not racist or anti Indian, just simple understanding issues. That is all
