I Was Scammed Involving T Mobile And An Individual, What Can I Do?

I decided that I wanted the new Sidekick 2008th So I went on craigslist, and there was a 1, a single market of other tmobile phones for $ 175, which was great because the phone at retail at 300th So I told her by e-mail and we started talking. She says that they sell for T-Mobile works and uses her "bonus" checks to Tmobile pones. So what had happened, I just gave her my cell number and the name on the account. She goes and adds a credit of 460th 32 (something), it could be assumed that the phone covers the shipping, and my upcoming bill. So I ordered the phone on T mobile. . I called customer service and did so. Later that day, when I do my reservation number, and probably felt it. . I went to Western Union and wired the 250. 00. She makes a profit, because check their bonus gift that can be charged to my account will only be used for T-Mobile products and services, she says, was. So basically I am testing for my new phone number and she gets the money. . Works for both of us. . I save money, and it makes money. Sounds good to me. 2 days later my phone comes in. I thought everything went as planned. And then today I received an SMS from T-Mobile told to pay for my account. And I was like wtf? So I called T-Mobile and the customer rep. says that I owe to my 413 my bill and a phone number, and I said: "It was a credit of 460 has." And, she says. . I see, yes, but it says the test back. I was shocked. I hung up and did not know what to say. So I called back and spoke with another man and told him the whole story, and he submitted a report to their fraud department.
I know that the credit was taken, because I saw on my online account before I wired the money and when I ordered the phone. . The customer service rep. said that it appeared. I think that this person is really for T-Mobile, because they acsess to my account. . I gave her only my name and number.
  So I now owe T-Mobile that I have $ 413 don t, and 250 lost.
What can I do if at all. The only information I have on this person, there are first and last name. . their city and state, and the e-mail and destination. I also have the Western Union receipt. Someone please help.

What you need to do is keep the receipt and contact the craiglist company to grab info on this person. Perhaps he/she used a false name or even false city etc to cover his/her tracks so that may be hard.
Believe it or not, sometimes TMobile customers don’t have to offer social security number, they just give the phone # and name and speak to a representative. I would talk to Tmobile and find out how that happened.
