Hi,
A couple of questions about the 5800.
When using handwriting – which I find very useful – how do you put a space in without navigating away from the writing pane ?
Also, when out in bright sunlight my screen is hardly visible, is there anything that can be done about this ?

Hello, after i applied the *#7370# "move because i couldn’t update the firmware to a new one via NSU (after this i still can’t) i have lost all my programs. I mean i have made backup on everything possible that the nokia backup software have offered but all programs that were installed on the memory car are now gone . Is there any way to restore my programs because the memory card storage is the same as before the format.I hope there is a way to restore it because i have invested a lot of time into finding and installing programs, also developing simcity mertropolis

Is there a way to quickly lock the keypad on the E52?
The manual says "press left option key, then right option key" which doesn’t work.
The old Nokia way (enter menu, then *) doesn’t work.
I find locking the keypad by pressing the on/off button, then choosing the right menu option (keypad lock) and then confirming very cumbersome.
I really hope someone can help me with this problem:
I am a proud owner of an Nokia N97 but since a week i am not able to acces my mein menu. I’ve tried using different routes to acces the menu but everutime my mainscrean hangs for a second or 5 and then gives me this note: menu: system error -25. after that i am back at my mainscreen. Even some of the shortcuts i had manualy installed are’nt accesable. the only opplications i can now acces are: messages, phonebook and my camera (only if i open the cam).
I hope that someone can help me. i didn’t install applications and have the latest update so i don’t know what i’m suppossed to try now.
any help is apreciated!

My N86 is showing new message alert icon ever since i bought it.. I’ve deleted all the messages and even then the new message alret icon keeps blinking.. Its annoying.. Anyone else has same prob?

I ve upgrade to the N5800 a month ago. The auto rotation option stopped working after 3 weeks, I did sent it back for repair. The phone came back yesterday, working fine. This morning, switch the phone on… Auto-rotation not working…
I aslo noticed that the slideshow option for the wallpaper is not working properly ( The wlppr shoud change every…min/hr/day). Is the daily one, should change every 24h or after 24h of use ( which is a bit odd, if the case)

Hello,
I had noticed that the speaker output on my 5800 wasn’t as loud and crisp as it should be, so I had my friend come over and we compared our 5800′s. To my surprise, my phone’s speakers gave about 60-75% output of his speakers.
We had the EQ turned off and all the settings (stereo widening, etc) turned off and we also share the same firmware version.
I mean, the 5800 gives an already low output to a great stereo set, and mine is even beneath that line. So, if any one can help me out here, it’d be greatly appreciated.
