I just bought a MicroUSB cable, but for some reason, neither my computer nor the E63 recognize the cable is plugged in. Is it possible for the usb port (on the phone) to be broken if its never been plugged into anything? I would think that the phone would be malfunctioning in other ways too if the port is broken. Can someone tell me how often does a phone come from the factory with a defective USB port? Is it a common issue with Nokias with MicroUSB or E63′s? Unfortunately, I don’t have another cable or MicroUSB device to test it on. They are very hard cables to find for a reasonable price where I live. I’m just really concerned that I would need to return my phone for service (fortunately still under warranty). I’m going to return the cable tomorrow and hopefully that was the problem (do MicroUSB cables frequently have problems?).   Sorry if I sound like a drama king I just really like that I have my phone set up exactly the way I want it with all my applications and such. It would be a pain to wait to have it replaced and then redo everything.   Also I know its not a driver issue because there is no way for the PC or phone to see each other!
