jedwan Always had hum audible when N95 was connected to my TV/Stereo via CA-75U TV-out cable. Same problem in the car when connected to an Alpine 7-inch monitor. Now with N97, it’s even louder. Definitely from Video signal, because, when the screen goes black when changing picture, the noise stops. Also, louder in "landscape" than in "portrait" mode. Who else has noticed the hum? Do you just tolerate it? Has anyone overcome it? I’ve emailed Nokia Care – so far they just suggest I try another TV (Nokia with head in sand again).
Seems to me Nokia goofed by putting audio and video on one 3,5 socket with shared ground. -Andy B.
