My N97 takes about three or four hours to become fully charged using the charger supplied with it. However, its BP-4L battery runs out in about 8 hours, even when on standby. Far short of the 17 days indicated in the specifications. I have been charging the device at least twice everyday.  I have tried the following without any improvement:  Swithced off Bluetooth Stopped the scanning for available networks Set packet data connection to when needed Prevented the automatic download of new maps Set the device to use only the GSM network Reduced the length of the backlight time-out period Closed applications running in the background  What should I do? Â

July 31st, 2009 jedwan i wonder if any one can help me… im having some serious issues with memory storage on my e71. my music isnt storing onto the memory card and i cant seem to find a way to move it onto there. i have a 2 gb memory card and limited phone memory so as you can understand this is causing me a bit of an issue and i find it so irritating that i cant figure out how to move it. i have the instruction booklet and apparently im meant to go to organise and move then move to mem. card but when i select a song from the gallery and go onto its options there doesnt seem to be a list for ‘organise’!!!!! if anyone understands this and can help me out you have no idea how grateful i would be. cheers guys xxx

July 31st, 2009 jedwan Has downloaded and has installed last, available on a site, version Nokia Software Updater Russian, but at start she informs, what not last and tries to be refreshed. After loading of the new version there is what error at which procedure of restoring of the old version starts. I do not understand, where an error? Network screen Wibdows XP SP3. July 31st, 2009 jedwan Hi, Â I’m using the 6303 classic model, which comes preloaded with the Maps application (but without GPS). When trying to download any maps from the Nokia site the model does however not appear in the device selector. How come? Â Is it possible to get better maps for this phone? The preloaded ones are pretty **bleep** (e.g. it does not find Paris in France). Â Thanks!
