Asus G71GX w/ Intel QX9000 Core 2 quad

Hey Folks,     I was going to be purchasing your Asus G71GX w/ Intel QX9000 Quad-Core processor within the next two weeks, and I just happened to hop on your site today and noticed the item was no longer there. Is this item perminantly discontinued? Is there  a replacement soon to follow for a comparible price if so? Also, will it be an Asus? I’ve always been a huge fan of Best Buy’s Asus lineup, and i’d be sincerely disappointed if this item was gone for good. I noticed the Duo-Core option is still present, but is on backorder, so I am not sure if the same applies to the other. I loved the idea of a Quad-Core w/ 6GB of DDR2 and an Nvidia GTX260M for a nice cool 1400 before tax all in a 17” package, so if it’s still around, I’d love to know, so I can go ahead and get my order in.   Thanks, Joseph Castle.

2 SIM cards in one Nokia phone?

Hi there, I’m from Portugal, and recently, I have met a girl who had a Nokia Mobile Phone where she could place 2 SIM cards. I´ve tried to find it in nokia’s site but I didn’t found it. Can you tell which model is it? (sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask, but I didn’t know where was it) Mrmalaquias

GPS Not Working?

I have a Nokia 5800, GPS has proved to be somewhat useless. Nokia maps never found a satellite, Google maps has done but its been about 30 miles out.   To be honest I don’t think the GPS has ever connected, the satellite symbol comes up but I get 0KM beside it,  In saying that the little icon has been up on the homescreen with the satellite icon.  The server is at supl.nokia.com or whatever that address is.   When I go to setup the GPS setup it just sits searching, I left it searching for 30mins and still didn’t find anything.   Anyone any advice?

E61 – some way of directly accessing tones?

Hi, I once had a software – commercial shareware – that let you, like, assign nine functions or so to a grid like the speed-dials – only those function could include writing a message to  specific person, launching a specific app or what. Now, I have some ringtones on my phone that are not really suitable as ringtones – rather as sitcom tones like this row of buttons Stephan Raab has in his TV show to call up various sounds. Is there any freeware app around that lets you do this – assign several tones to "speed-dial buttons" so you don’t have to spend ages looking for a sound by which time it’s not funny anymore…? Thanks a lot! Regards, Hendikoischnur   P.S.: Maybe someone can help me along this path: I once asked about a possibility of re-assigning the "recording" button on the left side of the phone to another function since I never need to record anything and was told about a Software called z-keys or something. However, I never got past learning that the software was not signed. Unfortunately, I don’t have it anymore – if it was possible to just directly open a specific directory at the touch of a button, looking for the right sound wouldn’t be dramatic. 6220 classic screen background

Does anyone know is there settings to change the colour of the 6220 classic screen background? I’ve always  had a Nokia phone and should know how to use them, but in this phone the screen colour is grey and it is almost impossible to read / write txt messages with black letters against the grey. I’d prefer a white screen, but can’t find any tips from the manual where to change the color.
