Mobile Phone Monitor

i just got a 5800 and tried to install the ovi package that came with the phone but it wont install nokia music but when its finished installing nothing will work just keeps saying "we had to close this program" so i downloaded the ovi of the nokia site but itys still doing the same , any one have a reason as to why this is happening or had the same problem
