Nokia Software Updater – Unable to update firmware (N85)

Hello,

I have an Hebrew (Israel) N85 with firmware RM-333 (version 11.047) and Nokia PC Suite version 7.1.30.8 (can’t download the newer 7.1.30.9 in Hebrew).

I running Vista 64 Bit and I can’t update the firmware , it says that the phone is not recognized and to disconnect it,remove the cable and battery , place them all back and try again.

Firmware update keeps failing.

Please help me.

Edit #1:

Just for the record  , I own 3 N85 (2 belong to my parents and one is mine) , as I don’t live with my parents , my N85 update on Win XP was fine , It seems I can’t update my parents’ phones
